How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Since high school and college I have worked in radio first then TV as a film editor (16mm film) then eventually video production services.. By the late 90's video and film evolved from an analog world into a digital computerized world which eventually led us to expand our staff to include a highly trained computer technician. So for the last 10 years we have offered services in both the computer and video area.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Competence combined with friendly service and real people that answer the phone and will help you with your questions.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?

207 East College Street Black Mountain. Take Hwy 70 West out of Black Mt. toward Swannanoa. East College is the first Right 100 yards past the Apple Blossom Motel. Turn on East College travel to 207 on the left. It is the 4th driveway in the 2nd block that starts after the 4 way stop sign.
