MANNA CABANNA is a local and organic market located in a vintage red caboose in Historic Downtown Saluda, NC. We offer high quality, organic produce from local farms in the mountains and foothills of the Carolinas. We are open from mid June to Mid October. We run two CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) Programs- one in the Summer/Fall and one in the Winter/Spring. In exchange for paying a below market, upfront fee, shareholders receive weekly organic produce. Local organic growers, in turn, are guaranteed that what they grow is already sold. It's a win, win, win situation for a local food entrepreneur, local organic farmers, and local food consumers.
