I have been living in the apartment building with my girlfriend for about 1 1/2 years. It's my first rental so I'm not that experienced when it comes to rating this place. The rent is fair and the landlords are pretty patient when it comes to me paying on time. The building is near a lot of shopping areas and I love walking with my girlfriend around the neighborhood. My bank and church are close by so we can do a lot without having to drive everywhere. There are laundry facilities in the building and the neighbors are quiet. I don't see myself leaving for a while.
